In honour of it being International Kissing Day today, we had a little office discussion and have decided on our 5 favourite famous kisses of all time. And we’re also giving out free sweets and office tours today…read to the bottom to find out more! Want to get straight on with printing your own kissing snaps? Get started now!
Here are our 5 faves:
Kiss photo 1: Burt Lancaster and Deborah Kerr
I haven’t watched this movie yet because I feel like I have to read the book first. Do you guys recommend it? #fromheretoeternity #deborahkerr #burtlancaster #classicfilm #ww2 #famouskisses #classicmovie #classicmoviescene #classichollywood #vintage #gondenage #goldenera #silverscreen #oldhollywood #beachlove
It’s considered to be one of the most romantic kisses in all of film history, and it was shot on a beach in Hawaii…what’s not to love? This particular shot from the 1953 film From Here To Eternity would look awesome printed as one of our Black Polaroid Style Snaps, as we’re sure Burt and Deborah would agree. Also, the film won 8 Oscars – EIGHT. If you haven’t seen it, get watching now.

Spiderman. Need we say more? It’s been recreated many a time, and we’re sure it will continue. It was obvious that someone in our office was going to pick this particular kiss as one of their faves, because as you may have noticed from our going crazy over Comic Con and our Mini Pola Heroes, we’re kind of superhero fans!
Kiss photo 3: Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams
Another film which will go down in history for…well, probably for making a lot of people cry (and also of course for having that kiss scene, is The Notebook. We reckon Rachel McAdams with her kooky style (whilst playing Allie), would love our Vintage Polaroid Style Snaps.
Kiss photo 4: Lady and Tramp

If you can eat spaghetti on a date and not think about this kiss, then you’ve probably never seen Lady and the Tramp. Now we know it’s kind of like we’re starting our own film recommendation blog here but this kiss is one of the most famous Disney kisses of them all (and if you think about it, there have been a fair few!)
SO, if you haven’t seen it then International Kissing Day is a good a reason as any to check this one out. And to eat spaghetti and meatballs, of course. Congratulations on discovering one of the best films ever!
Kiss photo 5: Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston
People say things happen for a reason and I’m starting to believe that more and more recently. This picture reminds me of stuff going on in rl for me rn and it makes me calm knowing that Taylor might be going through the same thing but that she’s still smiling too. Also, I love her and I love #tomhiddleston so this is just too cute. #tomandtaylor #tomlor #tswift #taylorswift
As our first four have been older kiss moments, we thought we’d add in a more recent (and super scandalous) favourite kiss – between Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddlestone of course! We’re sure you’re all familiar with #hiddleswift (as they’re being crowned on social media) but if not then we’re here to let you know that this particular kiss caused a bit of a stir…and all the best ones do! However, we’re all for any of Taylor Swift’s relationships – after all, she loves Polaroid Style Snaps – we reckon she’d buy at least one Pola Pack a month!
And, because it’s a very special day, we thought we’d do something different. Swing by our office, and not only will we roll out the red carpet and give you a lovely tour, we’ll also give you free kisses (in the form of strawberry sweet lips) and a £10 voucher. Yup, we sure love kissing day! Here’s our address if you’d like to pop in:
